DELIVERY

I operate a flat rate delivery charge of £4.00 within the UK. Delivery costs will be added to your order at checkout.

For delivery to Europe and the Rest of the World please contact me.

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied I will take the item back and issue a full refund (excluding the delivery charge).

In the event of breakage, please contact me to discuss the problem.

Any order placed through the website will be treated as an offer to purchase by the customer and will be subject to acceptance by me.

As each piece is made to order, and no two stones are the same, there may be slight variations in colour tone and striations.

Non-availability of materials may lead to an order having to be declined, but in that event I will contact you to discuss alternatives.
